We decided to try a little something different and record at Lesley's house, along with Chris Coleman and Adriana Bonilla, to drink a bunch and do a podcast living room style!
In this episode Etchie and Lesley interview comedian Vince Taylor, who just so happens to have been to China before! If you hear this when it's released, It's actually Etchie's last day in China.
I talk to Eliot from Orlando Meats about his upcoming PFT podcast, Off Cuts, due to start dropping episodes later in February.
Etchie and Lesley interview Peter from Scotch and "Good" Conversation. He's never not entertaining and it's always great to catch up with him.
It's Lesley and Etchie's first interview together and they talk to Sabrina from the News Junkie.
This was recorded yesterday, January 15th 2019. We have a moment of silence for the Molasses Flood of 1919, exactly 100 years ago. A special thank you to Sabrina from the News Junkie for joining us for this great moment of sticky sorrow from the past.
Take a dime, leave a dime? Lesley and Etchie talk about social experiments and delve into the comedy world, along with other stuff.
Just one of the few things we talk about this episode! They can be dirty, but if that's what you're known for, you probably suck.
The biggest fun part of this episode? The big announcement! Sure, it was already announced on a couple of other PFT shows because I was so excited, but if you didn't hear those, you don't know until you listen! Oh yeah, I also put something on the PFT group. Forgot about that.
The first year in a long time that I've been able to say it was positive overall. So I talk about how my life is going, how magical this time of years is and all that sentimental stuff. I go on a bit about my new girlfriend at the end there.
I talk with Tardolphin about Real Dolls and Well/poor written characters.
I talk to Lesley Jo for an hour about past relationships, serious or otherwise. There was no way I could make this just 30 minutes, we always have so much fun talking. You get an hour of it, and you'll love it!
I talk military life with Jordan from Volume Zero.
There are no interviews on this episode, it's just me talking about my trip to New York with Nick. I didn't get to nearly everything, but I tried like hell.
I interview stand-up comedian and public speaker Sareth Ney! We talk about a number of things, including his four year internship with Clive Barker!
This episode I talk to Jim Inzirillo about his wife getting and recovering from breast cancer. It's not sad, it's inspiring. Don't let that deter you from listening! This is easily one of my favorite episodes.
I talk about the incident at the Red Hen (yes, it's been a while since I've had an episode) and I talk to Crespo about HQ Trivia.
In this episode, I mention selfie bits, where it's just me talking about whatever I feel like talking about. No transition for it yet, but it's coming. I also have a Tidbit from Lance of the Caffeinds!
This recording was during the Cinco de Mayo event and had conversations between Peter (Scotch and "Good" Conversation) and Lesley (State of the Beer Union). It was about an hour long and this is the second half. Check out the last episode if you missed the first half!
This recording was during the Cinco de Mayo event and had conversations between Peter (Scotch and "Good" Conversation) and Lesley (State of the Beer Union). It was about an hour long, so the second half will be played on the next episode.
This episode's tidbits are recordings from the PFT Media and Get Rad Records event! Audio is surprisingly fantastic!
I start off by talking about the Whiskey Business event and a bunch of different details about the PFT Media and Get Rad Records Cinco de Mayo event. Just about every detail mentioned, I haven't mentioned before. Nick does a Tidbit about being falsely accused of being phobic of certain groups, though specifically in this case, with the subject of transgender people. I also get Trace's take. Finally, I talk about an article I read a long time ago involving voice assistants.
I start the episode off with a personal touch, talking about a video I saw on Schizophrenia with Anderson Cooper, then talk with Erick Feiling more about stand up and something fun he likes to do at festivals, and I dig a little deeper into screenwriting with Steven Seiding.
As promised in the episode, here is the link to the Anderson Cooper video:
In this episode I talk to screen writer Steve Seidman about writer's block, and stand up comedian Erik Feiling and I discuss various topics that kick off from a discussion about the Raspberry Pi.
